Quality.....Always a must!! Really.....?

Not being cynical, but critical.....When the intent is great, reality bites! Challenges make you compromise.

This is the reason we have quality management.... QMS, TQM... so on. There are always solution to make quality experience better and better for your customers.

Thought, I can share my experience as a Quality management professional. Started hands on in shop floor to the Quality leader role, I had various exposures in various management approaches for more than 2 decades.

This platform is not one way....Let us make it a sharing platform. 

You are free to shoot questions, be critical of what I write, share your thoughts..... This is the essence of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
